Herbs

One of the best herbs for sweating is sage. If you can find some and make a
tea, that may be helpful for you. Also, for anxiety, valerian root, kava
kava or chamomile are good. Watch out though, valerian root, is really
stinky! But it works great, so I suggest you get it in capsule form at the
health food store or Apothecary if you can find it! Best of luck to you.

Depending on what is causing the blushing, the valerian may help. If it is
anxiety related, anything that calms you down should help with those
symptoms.
