Bu changing the way you think you will feel better about yourself. I think it's
a myth that we need lots of self-esteem, what it's all about is that we need
self-acceptance. Just play with the thought that you completely accept yourself
for the one you are, with your good sides and also your other sides, for example
blushing. When you don't care about blushing it will more likely not happen.
CBT have succeded very good in many scientific tests regarding curing
depression, phobias etc. By that reason I think CBT is one of the best ways to
cure facial blushing with. Instead of going trough ETS to cut of nerves inside
you, disconnect the mental dark side of you by following different CBT-techniques.
